The invention discloses a working method of an airborne load combination buffer device with gas liquid solid coupling. The device comprises an airborne material storage box, a buffer airbag, an innerspherical shell, a buffer solution and an outer spherical shell which are arranged in a way of wrapping airborne materials layer by layer from the inside to the outside. During the airborne landing process, the outer spherical shell is first deformed to achieve first-level buffering; the buffer solution acts as a buffer to achieve second-level buffering; the inner spherical shell is deformed underload to achieve third-level buffering; a plurality of buffer springs connecting the airborne material storage box and the inner spherical shell are contracted to realize four-level buffering; and thecushion airbag is finally compressed, and the air is exhausted and the pressure is released through the exhaust valve to realize the five-level buffering. A multi-level buffering method of an airborne device can not only absorb the impact energy step by step, but also avoid the sharp increase of the internal pressure of the buffer airbag and prevent the airbag from bursting, thus effectively ensuring the integrity of the materials in the airborne device.
本发明公开了一种气液固耦合的空降载物联合缓冲装置的工作方法,所述装置由空降物资储存箱、缓冲气囊、内球壳、缓冲液和外球壳采用由内而外逐层包裹空降物资的方式进行布置;载物空降着陆过程中,外球壳首先发生变形,实现一级缓冲;随后缓冲液起到缓冲作用,实现二级缓冲;内球壳受到载荷发生变形,实现三级缓冲;连接空降物资储存箱和内球壳的若干个缓冲弹簧随后收缩,实现四级缓冲;缓冲气囊最后被压缩,并通过排气阀向外排气泄压,实现五级缓冲;通过空降装置的多级缓冲方法不但能够实现逐级吸收冲击能量,还能避免缓冲气囊的内部压力急剧增加,防止缓冲气囊爆破,从而有效保证空降装置内物资的完好性。
