The invention discloses a telescopic mechanism hydraulic control system and hoisting equipment applying the same. The telescopic mechanism hydraulic control system comprises a synchronous telescopic oil cylinder group and a sequential telescopic oil cylinder; the synchronous telescopic oil cylinder group comprises at least two groups of synchronous telescopic oil cylinders which synchronically dotelescopic action; one oil cavity of each synchronous telescopic oil cylinder communicates with a corresponding oil cavity of the sequential telescopic oil cylinder, and is connected to one working oil opening of a system reversing valve through a first oil way; the other oil cavity of each synchronous telescopic oil cylinder and a corresponding oil cavity of the sequential telescopic oil cylinderare separately connected to the other working oil opening of the system reversing valve through a second oil way; the second oil ways of the synchronous telescopic oil cylinders and the second oil way of the sequential telescopic oil cylinder are collectively connected to the system reversing valve through a telescopic sequential reversing valve; and a synchronous valve is arranged the second oilways from the synchronous telescopic oil cylinder to the telescopic sequential reversing valve. By adopting the telescopic mechanism hydraulic control system and the hoisting equipment applying the same, possibility of loading telescopic work of telescopic arms of the hoisting equipment is realized; and stability of work of the equipment is improved, and the applying range of the equipment is widened.

    本发明公开了一种伸缩机构液压控制系统及其应用的起重设备,包括同步伸缩油缸组和顺序伸缩油缸;同步伸缩油缸组中,包括至少两组同步伸缩动作的同步伸缩油缸,所有同步伸缩油缸中的同一油腔以及顺序伸缩油缸对应的油腔相互连通并通过第一油路连接至系统换向阀的其中一个工作油口,所有同步伸缩油缸的另一油腔以及顺序伸缩油缸对应的油腔分别通过第二油路连接至系统换向阀的另一个工作油口,同步伸缩油缸的第二油路和顺序伸缩油缸的第二油路通过伸缩顺序换向阀汇接至系统换向阀,所有同步伸缩油缸至伸缩顺序换向阀的第二油路上设有同步阀。本发明实现了起重设备伸缩臂带载伸缩工作的可能,提高了设备工作的稳定性和应用范围。
