The invention relates to a method for quickly switching trunnions of a double-trunnion cutter suction dredger. The method is characterized in that a transition trunnion of a cutter suction dredger, aspecial wedge-shaped lower suction port, a wedge-shaped connector pipe and a lead screw pressing device are designed to realize quick switching of the trunnions; a construction trunnion and a transition trunnion are arranged on a bridge frame, an upper pair of construction trunnion seats, a lower pair of construction trunnion seats and a pair of transition trunnion seats are arranged on a ship body, and the positions of the transition trunnion and the transition trunnion seats are determined through calculation; and when the lower trunnion is used, a bridge frame mud discharging pipeline is connected with a ship body lower suction port pipeline through a shrimp section hose and the wedge-shaped connector pipe, and the wedge-shaped connector pipe is connected with the ship body lower suction port through the lead screw pressing device in a non-bolt-connection mode to be pressed and sealed. According to the method, when the trunnions are switched, shore-based or auxiliary ship support isnot needed, and complex diving operation is not needed, so that rapid switching of the upper trunnion and the lower trunnion of the cutter suction dredger and rapid adjustment of the digging depth range of the cutter suction dredger are achieved, the safety is high, downtime is greatly shortened, and the working condition adaptability of the cutter suction dredger is greatly improved.

    本发明涉及一种双耳轴绞吸船快速更换耳轴的方法,该方法通过设计绞吸船过渡耳轴及专用的楔形下吸口、楔形接口管、丝杠压紧装置,实现耳轴快速切换;桥架上设置有施工耳轴和过渡耳轴,船体上设置上、下两对施工耳轴座以及一对过渡耳轴座,过渡耳轴和过渡耳轴座位置通过计算确定;使用下耳轴时,桥架排泥管线与船体下吸口管线通过虾节软管和楔形接口管连接,楔形接口管通过丝杠压紧装置与船体下吸口采用非螺栓连接压紧密封。本发明更换耳轴时,无需岸基或辅助船舶支持,无需复杂的潜水作业,实现绞吸船上、下耳轴的快速切换和绞吸船挖深范围的快速调节,安全性高,大大减少停工时间,大幅提升绞吸船的工况适应能力。
