The application provides an intelligent pier anti-collision control method integrating monitoring, early warning and collision prevention. Compared with traditional passive collision prevention, an active early warning system and an anti-collision system are combined; while, anti-collision facilities are enhanced, an anti-collision event is reduced to the minimum through early warning. A radar monitoring system, an active early warning system and a passive anti-collision system are organically combined together through signal transmission, and all-weather and all-around protection is carried out on the pier. An indicating lamp early warning system adopted by the invention enables people to easily identify early warning signals and respond according to the color change of green, yellow andred of common traffic signal lamps. A sectionally prefabricated and assembled concealed safety air bag device is adopted. The area of a channel is not occupied in a normal state, and when collision isabout to happen, air is inflated automatically and quickly according to early warning signals to surround and protect the pier in all directions; the safety air bags are made of high-strength fibers,so that piers and ships are effectively protected at the same time, and the "three-damage" principle of bridge collision is met.

    本申请提供一种集监测、预警、防撞于一体的智能化桥墩防撞控制方法,与传统被动防撞相比,本发明将主动预警系统与防撞系统结合,在增强防撞设施的同时,通过预警将防撞事件降到最低。将雷达监测系统、主动预警系统及被动防撞系统通过信号传输有机结合在一起,对桥墩实行全天候、全方位的保护。本发明采用的指示灯预警系统依据常见的交通信号灯绿黄红的色彩转变,使人们容易识别预警信号并做出反应。采用的分段预制拼装隐蔽式安全气囊装置。常态下不占用航道面积,撞击将要发生时,根据预警信号自动快速充气,对桥墩全方位包围保护作用;安全气囊采用高强度纤维在保护桥墩的同时对自身及船只起到有效的防护,满足桥梁撞击“三不坏”原则。
