    本发明公开了一种塑料管材提升机构,转盘上端面内外两侧分别竖直固接一根导杆,升降板通过通孔滑动装配在导杆上,丝杆上下两端分别通过轴承与顶板以及转盘转接,丝杆穿过升降板并与其螺纹连接,正反转电机的输出轴与丝杆上端固接,每块固定板上均滑动安装一个右限位块,右限位块右端面上平行固接有两根横杆,横杆向右穿过固定板且横杆右端固接一个挡块,置于右限位块与固定板之间的横杆上均套装一个弹簧,气缸的活塞杆末端固接一块条形板,条形板右端面内外两端对应于右限位块的位置均固接一个左限位块,左限位块与右限位块相对一侧的端面上均开有一个弧形槽,每个弧形槽内壁上均粘接一层橡胶垫。本发明具有省时省力、效率高效的优点。
