The invention discloses a steel wire rope driving type movable counterweight device for a luffing jib tower crane. The steel wire rope driving type movable counterweight device comprises a balance armand a boom, wherein inner sides of the balance arm and the boom are connected together; the inner side and the lower part of the middle position of the balance arm are supported on a rotating platform through an A-shaped support and an oblique bracket respectively, and the upper part is connected with an A-bracket; a counterweight trolly capable of moving left and right along the lower part of the balance arm is arranged at the lower part of the balance arm; and one end of a steel wire rope I and one end of a steel wire rope II are both connected to the boom, and the other end of the steel wire rope II passes through fixed pulleys on the boom, the rotating platform and the inner side of the balance arm and then are tensioned and connected to the rear end of the counterweight trolley. According to the steel wire rope driving type movable counterweight device for the luffing jib tower crane, by means of change of working range of the boom, the counterweight trolley is driven to move bythe two steel wire ropes, so that counterweight movement is realized, a difference value between forward tilting bending moment and backward tilting bending moment is effectively reduced, precision ofbending moment balance is improved, and overall safety of the tower crane is improved.

    本发明公开了一种动臂塔式起重机钢丝绳驱动式移动配重装置,包括内侧连接在一起的平衡臂和臂架;平衡臂内则和中部的下部分别通过A型架及斜支架支撑在回转平台上,上部连接有人字架;在平衡臂下部设有可沿其下部左右移动的配重小车;钢丝绳I及钢丝绳II一端均连接在臂架上,钢丝绳I的另一端经人字架上及平衡臂外侧的定滑轮后拉紧连接在配重小车前端,钢丝绳II的另一端经臂架上、回转平台上及平衡臂内侧的定滑轮后拉紧连接在配重小车后端。本发明利用臂架工作幅度的变化,通过两根钢丝绳驱动配重小车移动,从而实现了配重移动,有效减小了前倾弯矩和后倾弯矩的差值,提高弯矩平衡的精度,提高了塔机的整体安全性。
