The invention discloses an anti-breakage and anti-falling mechanism in the steel wire rope hoisting process. The anti-breakage and anti-falling mechanism comprises a supporting mechanism used for carrying out the steel wire rope hoisting process, wherein a connecting screw rod is arranged at the position, close to the top end, inside the supporting mechanism in a penetrating mode, a first auxiliary rod is arranged at one end of the connecting screw rod, a second auxiliary rod is arranged at the other end of the connecting screw rod, a connecting rod is connected to the bottom end of the supporting mechanism, a clamping plate is attached to one side of the outer surface of the connecting rod, a second positioning rod is arranged on the other side of the outer surface of the connecting rod,and a positioning ring is connected to the bottom end of the connecting rod. According to the anti-breakage and anti-falling mechanism in the steel wire rope hoisting process, through a lower connecting rod and a movable arc block, partial winding of a steel wire rope can be carried out, the possibility that the steel wire rope is broken due to abrasion in the using process is reduced, and the anti-breakage and anti-falling effects are achieved; and the stability of the connecting rod in the using process can be improved through a first positioning rod and the clamping plate, and the anti-breakage and anti-falling mechanism is suitable for different working conditions, and brings better using prospects.

    本发明公开了一种钢丝绳吊装过程中的防断裂防坠机构,包括用于进行钢丝绳吊装过程的支撑机构,所述支撑机构的内部靠近顶端位置处贯穿有连接螺杆,所述连接螺杆的一端设置有第一辅杆,且连接螺杆的另一端设置有第二辅杆,所述支撑机构的底端连接有连接杆,且连接杆的外表面一侧贴合有卡板,所述连接杆的外表面另一侧设置有第二定位杆,所述连接杆的底端连接有定位环。本发明所述的一种钢丝绳吊装过程中的防断裂防坠机构,通过下连杆与活动弧块,能够进行钢丝绳的部分缠绕,减缓钢丝绳在使用过程中因磨损而断裂的可能性,达到防断裂防坠的效果,通过第一定位杆与卡板,能够提高连接杆在使用过程中的稳定性,适用不同工作状况,带来更好的使用前景。
