The invention relates to a part hoisting system and method suitable for a floating offshore wind turbine generator. According to the part hoisting system and method suitable for the floating offshorewind turbine generator, a guide steel cable penetrates through a top guide supporting device, one end of the guide steel cable is connected with a bottom fixing device, and the other end of the guidesteel cable is connected with a bottom locking device to form a guide path of an object hoisting channel from the bottom of a tower drum to the top of the tower drum, so that a hoisted object ascendsor descends along the guide path of the guide steel cable under the limitation of the guide steel cable and a guide shackle; parts of the floating offshore wind turbine generator are hoisted and replaced between the top and the bottom of the tower drum, so that the hoisting operation process is not affected by foundation swing and motion, relative motion between the hoisted object and the tower drum in the hoisting process is avoided, and collision is avoided; and the method is simple, safe, rapid and low in cost, improves the maintainability of the floating offshore wind turbine generator, increases the offshore operation time window, reduces the use of large hoisting ships, has huge economic benefits, and can solve the key bottleneck limitation of large-scale development and large-scaleapplication of floating offshore wind power.
