The invention discloses an electromagnetic chuck directly connected to an alternating current power supply. The electromagnetic chuck comprises an electromagnetic chuck body and a rectification control box; a rectification module, a function switching module, an auxiliary power supply module, a controllable switch circuit and a control module are arranged in the rectification control box; the control module is electrically connected with an external control module; an isolation optocoupler and a data processing module are arranged in the control module; and the data processing module is connected with a current sensor and a leakage current sensor. Through arrangement of the external control module, automatic control and interlocking functions are realized; through the arrangement of the leakage current sensor, the leakage protection function is achieved; through the arrangement of the current sensor and a voltage regulating switch, an overvoltage and overcurrent protection function isrealized; through the arrangement of the function switching module, the oscillation demagnetization function, the strong excitation function and the graded magnetic adjustment function are achieved. The rectification control box is small and exquisite in appearance, is directly integrated on the electromagnetic chuck body and can be used after being directly connected to an alternating-current power supply, and the functions of simple and convenient installation and use are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种直接接入交流电源的电磁吸盘,包括电磁吸盘本体和整流控制盒。整流控制盒内设有整流模块、功能切换模块、辅助电源模块、可控开关线路和控制模块;控制模块电连接外部控制模块;控制模块内设有隔离光耦和数据处理模块;数据处理模块连接电流传感器和漏电流传感器。通过设置外部控制模块,实现自动化控制及连锁功能;通过设置漏电流传感器,实现漏电保护功能;通过设置电流传感器和调压开关,实现过压过流保护功能;通过设置功能切换模块,实现振荡消磁功能、强励磁及分档调磁功能。整流控制盒外形小巧,直接集成安装于电磁吸盘本体上,直接接入交流电源即可使用,实现安装使用简单方便的功能。
