The invention provides heavy-duty carrying equipment and a construction method. A framework attachment structure comprises a lower force-bearing pile frame structure and a top support structure; the top support structure is detachably and circumferentially connected onto the lower force-bearing pile frame structure; an overall downward-moving device is arranged between the top support structure and a heavy-duty soil lifting device; the heavy-duty soil lifting device comprises a peripheral framework structure, a car system, a main body lifting system and an electric control system; the peripheral framework structure comprises a bottom supporting beam frame and standard knots detachably connected onto the bottom supporting beam frame; the standard knots are stacked and connected according tothe depth of a support project; support force-bearing structures on the outer sides of the standard knots are matched with downward-moving mechanisms; and through rising and falling of a lifting device and carrying of a bearing shaft and the support force-bearing structures, overall downward movement of the heavy-duty soil lifting device is realized. According to the heavy-duty carrying equipmentand the construction method, the equipment can be used repeatedly in different foundation pit projects in a circulating manner, so that the economic efficiency and the environment-friendliness of soil lifting equipment are greatly improved.

    本发明提供一种重载运载设备及施工方法,骨架附着结构由下部承力桩框架结构和顶部支护结构组成,顶部支护结构可拆卸式周向连接在下部承力桩框架结构上;整体下移装置设置在顶部支护结构和重载提土设施之间;重载提土设施包括外围骨架架构、轿厢系统、主体升降系统和电控系统;外围骨架架构由底部支撑梁框架和在底部支撑梁框架上可拆卸式连接的标准节构成,标准节根据依托项目的深度叠加连接;标准节外侧的支架承力结构与下移机构相配合;通过升降装置的升降,和承重轴与支架承力结构的搭载,实现重载提土设施的整体下移。本发明实现了设备可重复周转使用于不同基坑项目,极大提升了提土设备的经济性和环保性。
