The invention discloses an airplane gravity center automatic adjusting seat structure. The seat structure comprises a fuselage and an undercarriage, wherein the fuselage is connected with the undercarriage; a seat is arranged in the fuselage, and a sliding mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the seat; and a sensor is arranged at the bottom of the undercarriage, a controller and an absolute value encoder are further arranged in the fuselage, the absolute value encoder is connected with the controller, and the controller makes the sliding mechanism act according to signals fed back by the sensor and the absolute value encoder so as to make the seat be adjusted front and back. The airplane gravity center automatic adjusting seat structure solves technical problems that existing airplane gravity center adjusting is complex in structure, inconvenient to operate and insufficient in adjusting precision.
