The invention relates to a flat car traction connecting and supporting device which comprises rear channel steel fixedly connected to a bogie and front channel steel fixedly connected to a triangularframe. The rear channel steel and the front channel steel are arranged in pairs. The rear channel steel is provided with a through hole and a rear bolt which penetrates through the through hole from one side far away from the front channel steel and extends towards the front channel steel; one end of the rear bolt is fixedly connected with a rear pressing plate, the other end of the rear bolt is provided with a rear nut, the rear nut is located on the side, away from the front steel channel, of the rear steel channel, and a compression spring arranged on the rear bolt in a sleeving mode is installed between the rear pressing plate and the rear steel channel. The front channel steel is provided with threaded holes corresponding to the through holes of the rear channel steel in position andfront bolts matched with the threaded holes, and the ends, close to the rear channel steel, of the front bolts are fixedly connected with front pressing plates. The height of the traction rod can be automatically adjusted within the effective stroke coupling height range when the bogie and the triangular frame are inclined upwards or downwards, in addition, the structure is simple, and normal maintenance by one person is facilitated.
本发明涉及一种平板车牵引连接支撑装置,包括固接在转向架上的后槽钢以及固接在三角架上的前槽钢,所述后槽钢与前槽钢成对设置;所述后槽钢上设有通孔以及从远离前槽钢的一侧穿过该通孔并向前槽钢方向延伸的后螺栓,所述后螺栓的一端固接有后压板,另一端设有后螺母,所述后螺母位于后槽钢远离前槽钢的一侧,所述后压板与后槽钢之间安装有套设在后螺栓上的压缩弹簧;所述前槽钢上设有与后槽钢的通孔位置相对应的螺纹孔以及与该螺纹孔配合的前螺栓,所述前螺栓靠近后槽钢的一端固接有前压板。本发明使转向架与三角架在遇到上坡或下坡发生倾角时,牵引杆的高度可以在有效行程连挂高度范围内自动调整,另外本发明结构简单,便于一个人正常维修。
