The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle parts, in particular to a rear fender forming method, a drawing die, a rear fender and a vehicle. The rear fender forming method comprises the following steps of blanking a slab; drawing the slab after blanking to form a plate having a rear fender profile, wherein the plate having the rear fender profile is provided with a first part forminga lower flange of the rear fender and a second part extending outwards from the first part in a coplanar mode in order to form a second part of a free end; and finally forming the plate having the rear fender profile, and forming the rear fender, wherein the second part is sheared, so that the first part forms the lower flange of the rear fender. According to the forming method, the scrap rate canbe reduced, and the material utilization of the slab can be increased, so that the cost can be reduced.
