The invention discloses a method for connecting a flexible solar cell panel array and a rigid fixed boxboard. By using the method, the flexible solar cell panel array can be connected with the rigid fixed boxboard in a load and space high-low temperature alternating environment, and relatively uniform tensile force is always kept, so that the rigidity and fundamental frequency of a solar cell wingare ensured to meet the use requirements. The method comprises connection of the flexible solar cell panel array with an upper fixed boxboard and a lower fixed boxboard, a tensioning mechanism and tensioning steel wire rope layout method, a tensioning steel wire rope and upper uniform load beam assembly connecting method, an upper and lower uniform load beam assembly spring stiffness method, an upper uniform load beam assembly spring layout method, a flexible belt uniform load transmission method and a flexible belt and solar cell panel array connecting method.

    本发明一种柔性太阳电池板阵列与刚性固定箱板连接方法。使用本方法能够使柔性太阳电池阵在载荷及空间高低温交变环境下,柔性太阳电池板阵列实现与刚性固定箱板连接,并始终保持比较均匀的张紧力,以保证太阳电池翼的刚度、基频满足使用要求。本方法包含柔性太阳电池板阵列与上固定箱板、下固定箱板的连接,张紧机构、张紧钢丝绳布局方法,张紧钢丝绳与上均载梁组件连接方法,上、下均载梁组件弹簧刚度方法,上均载梁组件弹簧布局方法,柔性带均匀传载方法,柔性带与太阳电池板阵列连接方法。
