According to the invention, the meeting state of the current ship is analyzed according to the obtained first information, the ship collision risk graphis drawn according to the meeting state, and then the plurality of safety navigational speeds and the plurality of safety navigational directions of the current ship are determined according to the collision risk graph, so that a ship driver can select navigational speeds and navigational directions of various collision avoidance operations at the same time, and the occurrence probability of shipcollision accidents is effectively reduced to a certain extent. The method can be widely applied to the technical field of ship navigation safety.
