The invention relates to the field of rail vehicles and provides an internal combustion power pack air intake system, an air intake control policy and a rail vehicle. The air intake system comprises an air intake box and an air intake connecting pipe, wherein the air intake box is arranged in a space below a seat in a compartment and an air inlet is formed in at least one side wall of the air intake box; and one end of the air intake connecting pipe communicates to the air intake box while the other end of the air intake connecting pipe communicates to an air filtration air inlet of an internal combustion power pack. The air intake control policy comprises the following steps: a controller of the internal combustion power pack detects the real-time power of a power pack diesel engine to calculate a needed air quantity and feed the value back to a vehicle control system; and the vehicle control system performs calculation and controls gas displacement of a waste exhaust port of an air conditioner according to a calculation result, wherein sum of the gas displacement of the waste exhaust port of the air conditioner and the amount of waste exhausted air entering the air intake box iskept in a set range. The invention can solve the problem that the overhaul and maintenance costs are high as it is needed to replace an air filtration filter element frequently in sand and dust and rainy severe environments because the internal combustion power pack diesel engine adopts an out-vehicle air intake way.

    本发明涉及轨道车辆领域,提供内燃动力包进气系统、进气控制策略及轨道车辆。该进气系统包括:进气箱,设于车厢内的座椅下方空间,进气箱的至少一个侧壁设有进气口;进气连接管,一端连通进气箱,另一端连通内燃动力包的空滤进气口。该进气控制策略,包括:内燃动力包的控制器检测动力包柴油机的实时功率,计算出需要的空气量,并将该值反馈给车辆控制系统;由车辆控制系统进行计算并根据计算结果控制空调废排风口的排气量,使得空调废排风口的排气量与进入进气箱的废排空气量之和保持在设定范围内。本发明能够解决内燃动力包柴油机一般采用车外进气方式,在沙尘、多雨的恶劣环境下需要经常更换空滤滤芯,检修维护成本高的问题。
