The invention discloses a shear fork mechanism which comprises a shear fork assembly, a rear frame wheel seat and a front frame wheel seat. The shear fork assembly comprises a first shear fork arm assembly, a second shear fork arm assembly and multiple connecting shafts. The first shear fork arm assembly and the second shear fork arm assembly are connected through the multiple connecting shafts. The first shear fork arm assembly is provided with a first hinged point. The second shear fork arm assembly is provided with a second hinged point. A first hydraulic cylinder and a second hydraulic cylinder are arranged on the rear frame wheel seat. The moving end of the first hydraulic cylinder is connected with the first hinged point in the first shear fork arm assembly, and the moving end of thesecond hydraulic cylinder is connected with the second hinged point in the second shear fork arm assembly. According to the shear fork mechanism, the dual hydraulic cylinders are arranged to drive ashear fork component, and stability in the stretching and contracting process of the shear fork component is guaranteed; and the dual hydraulic cylinders are arranged obliquely, so that the first hydraulic cylinder and the second hydraulic cylinder achieve point-to-point contact with the shear fork arm assemblies, and abnormal sounds are prevented from being produced in the stretching and contracting process of the shear fork component.
