The cantilever crane comprises a stand column, a cantilever and a rotary driving part, wherein one end of the cantilever is fixedly connected at the position, close to the top end, of the outer wall of the rotary driving part, a first cavity body and a second cavity body are arranged in the rotary driving part in the vertical direction, the top of the second cavity body is rotatably connected with the top end of the stand column, and the outer wall of the stand column is fixedly sleeved with a gear ring corresponding to the bottom end of the inner cavity of the rotary driving part; and the second cavity body is internally sleeved with a motor, the poweroutput end of the motor is sleeved with a gear, the gear is meshed with the gear ring, the position, located at the periphery of the stand column, of the upper surface of the gear ring is rotatably connected with a ring body through an annular groove, a plurality of rotating shafts are vertically connected between the upper surface of the ring body and the top surface of the first cavity body, a roller is rotatably sleeved on the periphery of each rotating shaft, and the outer wall of each roller is tangent to the outer wall of the stand column. The problem that the cantilever of an existing cantilever crane cannot rotate by 360 degrees is solved.

    本发明涉及起吊装置技术领域,具体为一种360°旋转铝合金悬臂吊,包括立柱、悬臂和回转驱动部,悬臂的一端固定连接在回转驱动部外壁的靠近顶端处,回转驱动部内部沿竖直方向设置有第一腔体和第二腔体,第二腔体的顶部与立柱的顶端转动连接,立柱外壁对应回转驱动部内腔的底端固定套接有齿圈,第二腔体内套装有电机,电机的动力输出端套接有齿轮,齿轮与齿圈啮合匹配,齿圈上表面位于立柱外围处通过圆环形凹槽转动连接有圆环体,圆环体的上表面与第一腔体顶面之间垂直连接有若干个转轴,转轴的外围转动套接有滚柱,滚柱的外壁分别于立柱的外壁相切;解决了目前悬臂吊的悬臂不能进行360°旋转的问题。
