The spent fuel storage grid rack transport and turnover device comprises an upper framework structure and a lower framework structure; the upper framework structure comprises a structural frame, an upper connecting plate, an upper framework hanging point and an upper pressing plate; thelower framework structure comprises a bottom plate, a lower connecting plate and a lower pressing plate; the upper framework structure and the lower framework structure are detachably connected, theupper pressing plate is located at one end of the bottom plate, and the lower pressing plate is located at the other end of the bottom plate; and the upper pressing plate, the bottom plate and the lower pressing plate form a groove-shaped structure, the upper pressing plate and the lower pressing plate serve as side edges of the groove-shaped structure, and the positions of the upper pressing plate and the lower pressing plate can be adjusted in the groove width direction of the groove-shaped structure. The installation method is based on the device. By adopting the technical scheme, the design and application of a spent fuel storage grid rack easy to treat can be conveniently promoted by ensuring the stability of the shape and size of the spent fuel storage grid rack after transport and installation.

    本发明公开了一种乏燃料贮存格架运输、翻转装置及安装方法,包括上框架结构及下框架结构;所述上框架结构包括结构架、上连接板、上框架吊点、上压板;所述下框架结构包括底板、下连接板、下压板;所述上框架结构与下框架结构可拆卸连接,上压板位于所述底板的一端,下压板位于底板的另一端;上压板、底板、下压板三者形成槽状结构,且上压板和下压板为所述槽状结构的侧边,上压板和下压板在所述槽状结构的槽宽方向上均位置可调。所述安装方法基于所述装置。采用本方案提供的技术方案,便于通过保证乏燃料贮存格架经运输、安装后形状及尺寸的稳定性,促进易处理的乏燃料贮存格架设计及运用。
