The invention provides a magneto-rheological cage guide and cage guide beam connecting structure and mine vertical shaft equipment. The magneto-rheological cage guide and cage guide beam connecting structure comprises a cage guide mounting seat, a dual rod discharging type piston rod, a first cylinder body and a second cylinder body, all of which are sequentially distributed along the first straight line. The first cylinder body and the second cylinder body are fixedly connected without clearances and are each provided with a sealed containing cavity. When deformation of a cage guide or cage guide beam is zero, the first critical distance is larger than the distance between a piston disc and the first stroke limit position, and the second critical distance is larger than the distance between the piston disc and the second stroke limit position. Thus, impacting and vibration of a lifting container to the cage guide and the cage guide beam are absorbed, damage of the cage guide and the cage guide beam is relieved, the service life of the cage guide and the cage guide beam is prolonged, and safe and stable running of the lifting container is guaranteed; and meanwhile, cage guide beamdeformation caused by shaft deformation can be absorbed, the influence of cage guide beam deformation on cage guide deformation can be relieved, and therefore the parallelism depth and perpendicularity of the cage guide are guaranteed.
