The invention discloses an optimization method for axle counting zero resetting operation. The state of the axle counting track section is acquired in real time; if a zero resetting operation commandis received when the axle counting track section is in the occupied state, zero resetting operation is allowed to be directly carried out on the axle counting equipment, and if the zero resetting operation command is received when the axle counting track section is in the idle state, zero resetting operation is allowed to be carried out on the axle counting equipment only after the zero resettingoperation confirmation command is received. Logic judgment is carried out on the idle state of the axle counting track section and the zero resetting intention of an operator, on the premise of not changing the processing mechanism of the axle counting equipment, under the condition that different axle counting manufacturers have different results on the zero resetting operation response of the axle counting track section in the idle state, the operation of flexibly selecting zero resetting according to the actual requirements of operators is provided, and the influence of adverse operation caused by the abnormal occupation state of the section due to misoperation of the operators is avoided.

    一种计轴复零操作的优化方法,实时采集计轴轨道区段的状态,如果在计轴轨道区段处于占用状态时收到复零操作命令,则允许直接对计轴设备进行复零操作,如果在计轴轨道区段处于空闲状态时收到复零操作命令,则只有收到确认复零操作命令后,才允许对计轴设备进行复零操作。本发明对计轴轨道区段的空闲状态以及操作人员的复零意图进行逻辑判断,在不改变计轴设备处理机制的前提下,针对不同计轴厂家对计轴轨道区段空闲状态下的复零操作响应有不同结果的情况下,提供了根据操作人员的实际需求进行灵活选择复零的操作,避免了因操作人员的误操作引起区段非正常占用状态所带来不利于运营的影响。
