The invention provides a connection system and method of a pipeline suspension transportation tool. The system comprises gate valve devices, at least one re-pressing valve, at least one vacuum-pumpingdevice, and at least one sealing door which are all disposed on a pipeline. The gate valve devices are arranged at the two ends of a certain section of pipeline, each gate valve device comprises a gate valve and a gate valve actuating structure, and the gate valve is composed of at least two stages of gate sub-valves with different areas. In the invention, the valve plate valve and an opening mode are optimized through a design; a valve plate valve is opened in a grading manner; when a pressure difference between the two sides of the gate valve is large, the gate sub-valve with a small area is opened firstly; through channels are formed in the two sides of the gate valve; and in the process of gradually balancing the pressure on the two sides, the gate sub-valve with a larger area is sequentially opened so that problems of long time required for balancing the pressure of the gate valve and a large drift diameter, a large opening acting force and a low opening speed of the valve plateof the gate valve are solved, rapidity of the connection system is achieved, and a requirement of quickly opening the gate valve is met.

    本发明提出一种管道悬浮运输工具的接驳系统及方法,包括闸板阀装置、至少一个复压阀、至少一个抽真空设备和至少一个密封门,均设置在管道上;闸板阀装置设置在某段管道两端,包括闸板阀和闸板阀作动结构,所述的闸板阀由至少两级不同面积的闸板分阀组成。本发明通过设计优化了阀板阀与打开方式,通过采用分级开启阀板阀,可在闸板阀两侧压力差较大时,先开启面积较小的阀板阀分阀,使闸板阀两侧形成贯通通道,当两侧压力逐渐均衡过程中,再依次打开面积较大的阀板阀分阀,避免了闸板阀压力均衡所需时间长,且由于闸板阀的阀板通径较大,开启作用力大及开启速度慢的问题,做到接驳系统的快速性,满足阀板阀快速开启。
