The invention discloses a steering wheel brake mechanism and a three-fulcrum engineering vehicle. The steering wheel brake mechanism comprises a brake used for braking a hub, the brake is used for being arranged between a suspension center shaft and the hub, a slave cylinder oil port of the brake is connected with one end of a brake oil pipe, the brake oil pipe is arranged on the suspension centershaft, the other end of the brake oil pipe is connected with one end of a brake oil pipe hose which is arranged on a vehicle body, and the other end of the brake oil pipe hose is connected with a brake master cylinder through a brake pipeline. Due to the fact that the brake is arranged between the suspension center shaft and the hub, the brake can be arranged in a limited space, and the occupiedspace is small. As the brake oil pipe hose can deform along with rotation of the brake oil pipe and cannot fall off, braking can be performed when the steering angle of the steering wheel is large. The braking distance is reduced, the braking force on the steering wheel is increased, and the safety coefficient is improved.
