In the invention, power batteries of various sizes in various small electric passenger cars can be replaced, a period of a process that the battery replacement robot unloads power-lack batteries from the small electric passenger cars to the process that the battery replacement robot obtains full-charge batteries is shortened, and the battery replacement robot does not need to be in a stagnation waiting state.
