The invention discloses a tire burst emergency safety device for a split rim and a wheel. The split rim is provided with an annular installation groove used for installing a tire, the tire burst emergency safety device comprises a supporting ring, the supporting ring can be installed in the annular installation groove and located between two tire beads of the tire, and the two end surfaces of thesupporting ring comprise abutting surfaces used for being matched with the inner side wall of the adjacent tire bead in an abutting mode. According to the tire burst emergency safety device for the split rim and the wheel, a supporting ring of the tire burst emergency safety device is used for being installed in the annular installation groove of the split rim and located between the two tire beads of the tire. The two end surfaces of the supporting ring are each provided with the corresponding abutting surface. The abutting surfaces can be matched with the inner side walls of the adjacent tire beads in an abutting mode so that the tire beads can be clamped between the supporting ring and the rim of the split rim, a problem that the tire is disengaged from the rim when the tire bursts is avoided, then the tire serves as a buffering cushion to maintain normal rotation of the wheel, and danger caused by tire burst is reduced.

    本申请公开了一种用于分体式轮辋的爆胎应急安全装置及车轮,分体式轮辋上具有用于安装轮胎的环状安装槽,爆胎应急安全装置包括支撑环,支撑环可安装于环状安装槽中且位于轮胎的两个胎圈之间,支撑环的两端面皆包括用于与相邻胎圈的内侧壁抵接配合的抵接面。本申请提供的用于分体式轮辋的爆胎应急安全装置及车轮,爆胎应急安全装置的支撑环用于安装于分体式轮辋的环状安装槽中且位于轮胎的两个胎圈之间,通过在支撑环的两端面分别设有抵接面,抵接面可与相邻胎圈的内侧壁抵接配合以将胎圈夹持于支撑环和分体式轮辋的轮缘之间,避免车轮在爆胎时出现轮胎脱离轮辋的问题,进而使轮胎作为缓冲垫来维持车轮的正常转动,降低了爆胎所带来的危险性。
