The invention discloses a phosphatization line safety system. The phosphatization line safety system is characterized in that a gantry is arranged across a phosphating pool; a slide rail which extendsalong the arrangement direction of a plurality of phosphating grooves is arranged on the gantry; a crown block is arranged on the gantry in a sliding way through the slide rail; a lifting mechanism is arranged on the crown block; a rotating shaft extending in parallel with the slide rail is arranged on a detection plate, and the detection plate is rotationally arranged on the crown block throughthe rotating shaft; and an approach switch matched with the detection plate is arranged on the gantry. According to the phosphatization line safety system with optimal design, the detection plate is arranged on the crown block, the approach switch matched with the detection plate is arranged on the gantry, the detection plate swings leftwards and rightwards along the accidental collision of the crown block with a shutdown system during advancing to change the distance between the detection plate and the approach switch, and the approach switch detects the approaching of the detection plate, sothat the crown block is controlled to stop; stable running of the crown block during automatic work is ensured effectively; and the safety and reliability of the whole system are ensured.

    本发明公开了一种磷化线安全系统,龙门架横跨磷化池设置,龙门架上设有沿多个磷化槽布置方向延伸的滑轨,天车通过滑轨可滑动安装在龙门架上,天车上设有升降机构;检测板上设有平行于滑轨延伸的转轴且通过所述转轴可转动安装在天车上,龙门架上设有与检测板配合的接近开关。通过上述优化设计的磷化线安全系统,通过在天车上设置检测板,并且在龙门架上设置与检测板配合的接近开关,在天车行进过程中意外撞击停机系统,检测板随着撞击发生左右摆动,使其与接近开关的间距发生变化,接近开关检测到检测板靠近,从而控制天车停车,有效保证自动化工作时天车平稳运行,保证整个系统安全可靠。
