The invention provides a crane control method, a loading control device and a crane control system. The crane control method comprises the following steps: obtaining the target opening degree of a handle, and then, obtaining the mapping relation of the opening degree of the handle and the rotary speed of an engine, wherein the mapping relation is obtained through fitting the flow rate of a valve opening, the opening degree of the handle and the rotary speed of the engine; and finally, determining the target rotary speed of the engine corresponding to the target opening degree of the handle according to the mapping relation of the opening degree of the handle and the rotary speed of the engine. According to the crane control method, the rotary speed of the engine is controlled through the handle according to the mapping relation of the opening degree of the handle and the rotary speed of the engine, so that the sensitivity and the final motion performance are greatly improved, the operating difficulty is lowered, the matching degree of the valve opening flow rate of a multi-way valve and the rotary speed of the engine is increased, and at the same time, the operating efficiency of the engine is improved or oil consumption of the engine is reduced.

    本申请提供了一种起重机的控制方法、上车控制装置及控制系统,其中,控制方法包括获取手柄目标开度,然后获取手柄开度与发动机转速之间的映射关系,其中,所述映射关系是根据阀开口流量、手柄开度和发动机转速拟合得到的,最后基于手柄开度与发动机转速之间的映射关系,确定与所述手柄目标开度对应的目标发动机转速。本申请实施例通过手柄开度与发动机转速之间的映射关系可以实现通过手柄控制发动机转速,这样,操作灵敏度和微动性大大提高,且降低操作难度,提高了多路阀的阀开口流量与发动机转速的匹配度,同时提高了发动机的作业效率或者降低了发动机的油耗。
