An electronic rearview mirror system is applied to a vehicle, and comprises an electronic rearview mirror, a photographic lens, an environment sensing element and a data transmission line, wherein theelectronic rearview mirror is used for displaying driving conditions around the vehicle and capable of being connected with a trip computer installed in the vehicle to receive real-time information of the vehicle; the photographic lens can transmit captured data information to the electronic rearview mirror; the environment sensing element can sense dirty, dry, wet or damaged states of the photographic lens; and the data transmission line is used for transmitting data information sensed by the environment sensing element to the electronic rearview mirror, and the electronic rearview mirror can be switched to a traditional rearview mirror by operating the trip computer. Intelligent control of the vehicle is realized, and the switching between the electronic rearview mirror and the traditional rearview mirror of the vehicle is conveniently realized.
