The invention provides an urban traffic accident early warning method based on space-time gridding data, which can provide more timely and comprehensive early warning information. Meanwhile, the earlywarning information can be used as public information, so that a target vehicle can be early warned and services can be provided for a traffic management department regardless of whether the vehicleis provided with a sensor or not. In the technical scheme of the invention, various basic data such as gate data, vehicle GPS data and weather data are fused; in combination with traffic accident dataof a to-be-detected region, the problems of data loss and unbalanced positive and negative sample distribution are solved based on a generative adversarial neural network, and finally, a traffic accident prediction model is constructed based on a long-term and short-term memory neural network algorithm to predict traffic accidents at specified time.
