The invention discloses an anti-falling crane. The anti-falling crane comprises a frame body, a hoisting arm, a hoisting mechanism, a rope and a stall protection mechanism, wherein the hoisting arm isrotationally arranged on the frame body; the hoisting mechanism is arranged on the frame body; one end of the rope is arranged on the hoisting mechanism, and the other end of the rope is connected with a hoisted object after winding around a tail end of the hoisting arm; and the stall protection mechanism is arranged on the hoisting arm or the hoisting mechanism, is wound by the rope and is usedfor preventing a moving speed of the rope from exceeding a preset value. The rope is wound on a roller mechanism, and when the rope is hoisted, the rope can move up and down, so that a first roller isdriven to rotate. Therefore, rotating vanes also rotate passively to stir non-Newtonian fluid. When a motor fails and stalls to fall or rise, high-speed stirring is performed, the resistance is rapidly increased, the rotating speed of the rotating vanes is forcibly reduced, and the rotating speed of the first roller is also reduced, so that the safety is guaranteed, and casualties and equipment damage accidents caused by high-speed falling are avoided.

    本发明公开了一种防坠起吊车,其包括架体、起吊臂、卷扬机构、绳索和失速保护机构。其中起吊臂转动设于所述架体上;卷扬机构设于所述架体上;绳索一端设于所述卷扬机构上,另一端绕经所述起吊臂的末端后,用于连接起吊物;失速保护机构设于所述起吊臂或者卷扬机构上,并绕设所述绳索,用于防止绳索的移动速度超过预设值。将绳索卷绕于滚轮机构上,在绳索起吊时,会上下移动,从而带动第一滚轮转动。导致转叶也被动旋转,搅拌非牛顿流体。当电机发生故障出现失速坠落或者上升时,则会高速搅拌,阻力迅速增大,导致转叶的转速被迫下降,也就导致了第一滚轮的转速下降,从而保障了安全,不会被高速坠落而产生人身伤亡、设备损坏事故。
