The invention discloses a flat-top tower crane with a jacking section adding mechanism arranged below. The flat-top tower crane comprises a foundation base, a main arm, a climbing frame and a hydraulic system, a vertical sliding support is installed on the foundation base, the climbing frame is installed in the vertical sliding support, the left side and the right side of the vertical sliding support are each provided with a hydraulic cylinder, cylinder bodies of the hydraulic cylinders are fixed to the foundation base, and piston rods of the hydraulic cylinders are connected with the climbingframe; the main arm comprises main arm sections stacked one by one from bottom to top, and the lowest main arm section is placed in the climbing frame; and one side face of the vertical sliding support is provided with an inlet and outlet of a main arm section to be installed, and a channel allowing the main arm section to be installed to penetrate up and down is formed in the climbing frame. Compared with the prior art, the two symmetrically-arranged hydraulic cylinders are adopted for driving the climbing frame, symmetrical jacking is achieved, and the jacking capacity and balance of the flat-top tower crane can be improved; and meanwhile, the structure that the climbing frame is arranged below is adopted, the hoisting time and energy consumption can be saved, and meanwhile the time andperson-time of high-altitude operation can be avoided.

    本发明公开了一种顶升加节机构下置的平头塔机,包括地基座、主臂、爬升架和液压系统,在地基座上安装有竖向滑动支架,爬升架安装在竖向滑动支架内,在竖向滑动支架的左右两侧各安装一个液压缸,液压缸的缸体固定在地基座上,液压缸的活塞杆与爬升架连接;主臂包括由下至上逐个叠加的主臂节,最下节主臂节放置在爬升架内;竖向滑动支架的一个侧面设置有待安装主臂节的出入口,爬升架的内部设置有待安装主臂节能够上下贯穿的通道。本案相对现有技术,采用了两个对称设置的液压缸驱动爬升架,实现了对称顶升,能够提高平头塔机的顶升能力和平衡性;同时,本案采用了爬升架下置的结构,能够节省吊装的时间和能耗,同时能够避免高空作业的时间和人次。
