The invention discloses a stall protection crane. The stall protection crane comprises a walking mechanism, a lifting mechanism, a sliding mechanism and a stall protection mechanism, wherein the walking mechanism is arranged on a rail and can move along the rail; the lifting mechanism is connected with the walking mechanism and comprises a second driver and a roller which are arranged on a walkingframe body, and a rope body is wound on the roller; the sliding mechanism is connected with the lifting mechanism and moves along with the movement of the rope body; and the stall protection mechanism is connected with the sliding mechanism and winds the rope body to prevent the moving speed of the rope body from exceeding a preset value. After the rope body comes out of the roller, the rope bodywinds around the stall protection mechanism and then freely descends to hoist objects. When the rope body rises or falls at an overspeed in the running process, the speed of the rope body is limited,so that the rope body is limited to run within a preset value. Therefore, a good safety protection effect is achieved, out-of-control caused by motor faults and frequency converter faults is avoided,and equipment and personal safety is protected.

    本发明公开了一种失速保护起重机,其包括行走机构、提升机构、滑动机构和失速保护机构。其中行走机构设于轨道上,可沿轨道移动;提升机构与行走机构连接,包括设于行走架体上的第二驱动器和辊筒,辊筒上绕设有绳体;滑动机构连接所述提升机构,并随绳体的移动而移动;失速保护机构与所述滑动机构连接,并绕设所述绳体,防止绳体的移动速度超过预设值。本发明将绳体从辊筒上出来后,绕经失速保护机构,然后自由下降,起吊物品。当绳体在运行过程中超速上升或者下降时,将限制绳体的速度,使绳体被限制在预设值内运行。因此,起到了很好的安全防护作用,不会因为电动机故障、变频器故障而出现失控,保护了设备和人身安全。
