The invention provides a blast furnace cooling wall sectored hoisting and batch placing device and a construction method, and belongs to the technical field of mounting of a blast furnace cooling wall. The device comprises hoisting equipment and a main hanger connected between the hoisting equipment and the cooling wall; the cross section of the main hanger is a curved structure which is 1/4 of the circumference and is fitted into the inner wall of a blast furnace; the structure of the main hanger is improved into the curved structure being adaptive into the inner wall of the blast furnace; and through the structure which is 1/4 of the circumference, the main hanger can pass through a furnace hole without a hitch, and besides, the safety in the hoisting process can also be effectively guaranteed. The curved structure is used for enabling the cooling wall and the furnace wall to be effectively mounted closely, further, the operation steps after the cooling wall coincides with the position of the furnace wall can be effectively reduced, and the construction cost can be saved.

    本发明提供一种高炉冷却壁分弧吊装批量就位装置及施工方法,属于高炉冷却壁安装技术领域,该装置包括起吊设备,还包括:连接在起吊设备和冷却壁之间的主吊架,所述主吊架的横截面为1/4圆周长的弧形结构且与高炉内壁适配。将主吊架的结构改进为与高炉内壁适配的弧形结构,且利用1/4圆周长结构可以无障碍地通过炉口,同时还能保证在有效地保证吊装过程中地安全性,利用弧形结构还可以有效地将冷却壁和炉壁更加近距离安装,进而有效减少冷却壁与炉壁位置重合后的操作步骤,节约施工成本。
