The invention discloses an elevator door motor system based on safety loop detection. The elevator door motor system comprises an elevator shaft, a lift car system is embedded in the elevator shaft, alift car door system is installed on one side of the lift car system, an infrared correlation switch is fixedly installed at the top of the front surface of the lift car system, and the infrared correlation switch is aligned with an infrared correlation switch installed at the top of a landing door in position; and an electric control system, an electric dragging system and a dragging system arefixedly installed at the top end of the elevator shaft, and the electric dragging system is electrically connected with the dragging system. According to the elevator door motor system based on safetyloop detection, when the infrared correlation switch installed at the top end of the lift car system is aligned with the infrared correlation switch installed on the inner side of the landing door inposition, a servo motor designed by the lift car door system drives a gear to rotate, the gear rotates to drive a rack to move, opening and closing of a lift car door are controlled through movementof the rack, original distance lifting control is replaced, the lift car door and the landing door are located at the same horizontal height, and it is avoided that fall is formed between the lift cardoor and the landing door to affect use of the elevator.

    本发明公开了一种基于安全回路检测的电梯门机系统,包括电梯井,电梯井的内部嵌设有轿厢系统,轿厢系统的一侧安装有轿门系统,轿厢系统正面的顶部固定安装有红外对射开关,红外对射开关与层门顶部安装的红外对射开关位置对正,电梯井的顶端固定安装有电气控制系统、电力拖动系统和拽引系统,电力拖动系统与拽引系统电性连接。本发明通过轿厢系统顶端安装的红外对射开关与层门内侧安装的红外对射开关位置对正时,通过轿门系统设计的伺服电机带动齿轮转动,通过齿轮转动带动齿条移动,通过齿条的移动控制轿门的打开和关闭,取代原有的控制距离升降,保证轿门与层门位于同一水平高度,避免轿门与层门之间形成落差,影响电梯的使用。
