The invention discloses a crawler structure of a rescue robot, which comprises a crawler, a crawler frame, a motor, a planetary transmission, driving chain wheels, driven chain wheels and a thrust wheel set, wherein the motor is fixed in the crawler frame and is connected with an input shaft of the planetary transmission through a corrugated pipe coupling; the driving chain wheels are symmetrically and rotationally connected to the two side wall surfaces of the front portion of the crawler frame at the two sides through a shaft; the driving chain wheels are connected with an output shaft of the planetary transmission through profile fit; the driving chain wheels are rotatably connected between two side walls of the front end of the crawler frame; passive chain wheels are coaxially connected to two sides of the driving chain wheels; the driving chain wheels and the passive chain wheels are connected through a transmission chain; the driven chain wheels are rotatably connected between two side walls of the rear end of the track frame; and the lower portion of the track frame is connected with the thrust wheel set. The driving chain wheels and the driven chain wheels are mounted on the crawler frame in a suspended mode through the thrust wheel set, so that the crawler can passively adapt to terrains, the crawler has good adhesive force, and the crawler is prevented from being blocked by sand and broken stones.

    一种救援机器人的履带结构,包括履带、履带架、电机、行星变速器、驱动链轮、从动链轮和支重轮组,履带架内部固定电机、电机通过波纹管联轴器与行星变速器的输入轴连接,履带架的前部两侧壁面上通过轴两侧对称转动连接有主动链轮,主动链轮通过型面配合与行星变速器的输出轴连接,履带架的前端部两侧壁间转动连接有驱动链轮,驱动链轮的两侧同轴心连接有被动链轮,主动链轮和被动链轮通过传动链条连接,履带架的后端部两侧壁间转动连接从动链轮,履带架的下部连接支重轮组。本发明的驱动链轮和从动链轮由支重轮组悬挂式安装在履带架上,能够使履带被动的适应地形、也使履带能够具有良好的附着力,避免了沙子、碎石卡阻履带。
