The invention provides an active suspension fault-tolerant control method based on a sliding mode observer. The active suspension fault-tolerant control method comprises the following steps: S1, constructing a 1/2 vehicle suspension model is constructed; S2, introducing parameter uncertainty and sensor faults into the 1/2 vehicle suspension model, and then constructing a fault augmentation model based on a T-S fuzzy model; S3, estimating a sensor fault online in real time by constructing a sliding mode observer; S4, constructing a development sliding mode input and fault-tolerant controller based on the sensor fault obtained by real-time online estimation; and S5, performing simulation verification on the development sliding mode input and fault-tolerant controller in the S4 based on a fault augmentation model. According to the method, the sensor fault estimation and fault-tolerant controller can be finally realized, the method has great significance in fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant control of a vehicle suspension system, the problems of performance deterioration and the like caused by sensor faults are solved, and the riding comfort and the driving safety of the vehicle suspension are effectively improved.

    本发明提供了一种基于滑模观测器的主动悬架容错控制方法,包括以下步骤:S1:构建1/2车辆悬架模型;S2:将参数不确定性和传感器故障引入到1/2车辆悬架模型中,然后构建基于T‑S模糊模型的故障增广模型;S3:通过构建滑模观测器来实时在线估计传感器故障;S4:基于实时在线估计所获得的传感器故障来构建开发滑模输入和容错控制器;S5:基于故障增广模型对所述步骤S4中的开发滑模输入和容错控制器进行仿真验证。本发明方法能够最终实现传感器故障估计和容错控制器,对车辆悬架系统的故障诊断和容错控制具有重大意义,解决了由传感器故障引起的性能恶化等问题,有效地提高了车辆悬架的乘坐舒适性和行驶安全性。
