The shield layer (42) is disposed extending along the sensor electrode (36). Due to this configuration, the occurrence of capacitive coupling between the sensor electrode (36) and the rim core bar (18) can be appropriately suppressed by the shield layer (42), and parasitic capacitance generated at the sensor electrode (36) can be reduced.
