The invention provides a flight delay-oriented airport group flight arrangement optimization method. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, establishing an objective function by taking minimum passenger travel delay as an objective; and step 2, solving the objective function to obtain an optimized airport group flight. According to the method, the purpose of minimizing passenger traveldelay is achieved, balanced matching between regional aviation requirements and aviation resource supply is achieved, hub airport congestion in an airport group can be reduced, the utilization rate ofmedium and small airports is increased, and flight delay in a system is reduced.

    本发明提供了一种面向航班延误的机场群航班编排优化方法,包括如下步骤:步骤1,以旅客出行延误最小为目标建立目标函数;步骤2,对目标函数进行求解,得到优化的机场群航班。本发明以旅客出行延误最小为目标,使得区域航空需求与航空资源供给实现均衡匹配,能够减少机场群内的枢纽机场拥堵、提升中小机场利用率、减少系统内的航班延误。
