The invention discloses a bus priority processing system and method based on pedestrian-vehicle-road cooperation. The system comprises a pedestrian monitoring unit, a non-motor vehicle monitoring unit, a vehicle-mounted unit, a road side unit, a traffic signal control platform, a traffic signal control machine and a 5G control platform. The pedestrian monitoring unit is used for monitoring the walking direction of a pedestrian and pre-judging the moving direction of the pedestrian and the intersection passing time; the non-motor vehicle monitoring unit is used for monitoring the moving direction of the non-motor vehicle and pre-judging the time when the non-motor vehicle passes through the intersection. The invention further discloses a bus priority processing method based on pedestrian-vehicle-road cooperation. According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, factors in three aspects of pedestrians, vehicles and roads are comprehensively considered; traffic signal controland vehicle speed guiding strategies are operated according to conditions, linkage commanding of bus priority signal control and vehicle speed guiding is achieved, the passing efficiency of buses is greatly improved, the travel time of people is saved, meanwhile, the safety of the surroundings of people and vehicles is guaranteed, and the method is suitable for application and popularization.

    本发明公开了一种基于人车路协同的公交优先处理系统及方法,该系统包括行人监测单元、非机动车监测单元、车载单元、路侧单元、交通信号控制平台、交通信号控制机和5G控制平台;所述行人监测单元用于监测行人的行走方向,预判行人的动向和通过路口的时间;所述非机动车监测单元用于监测非机动车辆的动向,预判非机动车通过路口的时间。本发明还公开了一种基于人车路协同的公交优先处理方法。本发明的技术方案综合考虑了人、车、路三方面的因素,根据情况运行交通信号控制、车速引导策略,实现公交优先信号控制与车速引导的联动指挥,大幅度提高公交车辆的通行效率,节约民众的出行时间,同时保证人车周围环境的安全,适合推广应用。
