The invention relates to an automobile electrical fire early warning system based on power supply loop monitoring, and belongs to the technical field of vehicle safety alarm. The system comprises a current sensor, a current acquisition controller, a storage battery, a power-off switch and an alarm. The current acquisition controller is connected with the storage battery through the power-off switch and automatically disconnects the power-off switch under the condition that the current exceeds the limit. The current acquisition controller acquires the current of a power supply loop through thecurrent sensor, and the alarm is connected with the current acquisition controller and gives an alarm under the condition that the current exceeds the limit. The beneficial effects of the system are that the system judges whether there is an electrical risk or not through the real-time monitoring of the current values of the whole vehicle in different states, gives an alarm in time and automatically cuts off a power supply when the risk happens, and prevents a fire from happening. Through setting of dual limit value judgment, false alarm of fire early warning is prevented, automatic, real-time, efficient and accurate power supply loop cut-off is realized under the condition that no person exists, and the fire occurrence rate is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种基于电源回路监测的汽车电气火灾预警系统,属于辆安全报警技术领域。包括电流传感器、电流采集控制器、蓄电池、断电开关和报警器;所述的电流采集控制器通过连接断电开关连接蓄电池在电流超限的情况下自动断开断电开关,电流采集控制器通过电流传感器采集电源回路电流,报警器连接电流采集控制器在电流超限情况下实现报警。本发明的有益效果是:通过实时监测整车不同状态下的电流值,判断是否存在电气风险,当风险发生时及时的报警并自动切断电源,防止火灾的发生。双重限值判断的设置,防止火灾预警的误报,实现在有人无人情况下自动、实时、高效、精准的电源回路切断,减少火灾发生率。
