Provided is a port and wharf online vibration monitoring system. In harbor and wharf equipment, vibration is usually considered as a negative factor which influences functions of precise instruments and equipment and reduces the machining precision and smoothness; and according to the basin bath curve, if a fault part can be detected and repaired in time before the equipment loss period, the timeand the capital cost can be greatly reduced. According to the invention, the cloud service technology is applied to a port and wharf vibration detection system; a vibration sensor, an oil temperaturesensor and a liquid level sensor is installed on pitching, trolley, main lifting and walking structures of a vibration system, time domain signals received by the sensors are converted into frequencydomain signals through fast Fourier transform, the signals pass through a PLC and an FBOX gateway and finally enter a cloud server, and the cloud server reads data from a database through an RCMS architecture so as to achieve real-time monitoring. The characteristic frequency values of different parts are compared with an image so as to judge the fault part in real time.

    港口码头在线振动监测系统。在港口码头设备中,振动往往被认为是消极因素,影响精密仪器设备的功能,降低加工精度和光洁度。根据盆浴曲线,若能在设备损耗期前检测出故障部位并及时修复,则可大大减少时间和资金成本。本发明将云服务技术运用于港口码头振动检测系统中,将振动传感器,油温传感器,液位传感器安装在振动系统的俯仰结构,小车结构,主起升结构,行走结构上,利用快速傅里叶变换,将传感器接收的时域信号转换为频域信号,信号经过PLC控制器,FBOX网关最后进入到云服务器中,云服务器通过RCMS架构,从数据库中读取数据以实现实时监控。将各个部件的特征频率值与图像比对从而实时判断故障部位。
