The invention discloses an urban public rail double-layer viaduct upper and lower layer beam synchronous erection process which specifically comprises the steps that prefabricated beams are prefabricated in a beam field; the prefabricated beams are installed near a beam lifting point, the first four spans are installed through a gantry crane, and the rest positions are installed through a bridge girder erection machine; hoisting of the prefabricated beams to a beam transporting trolley through gantry cranes in a beam field is carried out, transporting of the prefabricated beams to a beam lifting point through a construction shortcut is carried out, and lifting of the prefabricated beams to upper and lower layers of a bridge through two gantry cranes of a beam lifting station is carried out; transporting to the site through a rail transport vehicle and a rubber-tyred girder transport vehicle is carried out, and finally hoisting, transversely moving and falling the girder by using a bridge girder erection machine are carried out. In the whole construction process, the equipment is well optimized, the number of the equipment is reduced, the mounting and dismounting times are reduced,the construction efficiency is improved, the construction cost is reduced, and the construction safety is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种城市公轨双层高架桥梁上下层梁同步架设工艺,具体为:预制梁在梁场预制完成;预制梁安装在提梁点附近,前4跨采用龙门吊进行安装,其余位置采用架桥机进行安装;预制梁在梁场通过龙门吊吊装至运梁小车,利用施工便道运输至提梁点,通过提梁站2台龙门吊提升至桥梁上下层;通过轨道运输车和轮胎式运梁车运至现场,最后用架桥机吊装、横移、落梁。本发明的整个施工过程中,设备得到了很好的优化,设备数量减少、安、拆次数减少,提高了施工功效,降低了施工成本,保证了施工安全。
