The invention provides a forklift portal assembly. The forklift portal assembly comprises an outer portal, an upper cross beam assembly and a lower cross beam assembly, wherein the upper cross beam assembly comprises two upper cross beam pieces with symmetrical structures, and a first connecting piece is connected between the two upper cross beam pieces; the lower cross beam assembly comprises twolower cross beam pieces with symmetrical structures, and a second connecting piece is connected between the two lower cross beam pieces; and the upper cross beam pieces are internally hollow precision castings, the lower cross beam pieces are solid precision castings, and the upper cross beam pieces and the lower cross beam pieces are correspondingly connected with the outer portal in a welded mode. The forklift portal assembly is formed by welding and forming the precision castings and steel pipes by a precoated sand shell type casting process technology, the problems of large welding stress, low strength and easiness in deformation of stamping parts are solved by the precision casting structure, the assembly size is ensured through machining precision, and the stability of sizes of products is effectively improved; and in addition, through reasonable arrangement and optimization of structures of the products, the material utilization rate is improved, the manufacturing cost of products is effectively reduced, and the competitiveness of the products is improved.

    本发明提出了一种叉车门架总成,包括:外门架;上横梁总成,所述上横梁总成包括两个结构对称的上横梁件,两个上横梁件之间连接有第一连接件;下横梁总成,所述下横梁总成包括两个结构对称的下横梁件,两个下横梁件之间连接有第二连接件;其中,所述上横梁件为内部中空的精铸件,下横梁件为实心精铸件,上横梁件及下横梁件分别与外门架进行焊接式连接。本发明通过设置覆膜砂壳型铸造工艺技术的精铸件加钢管焊接成型而成,精铸件结构消除了冲压件焊接应力大、强度低、易变形的问题,装配尺寸通过加工精度保证,有效地提高了产品尺寸稳定性;此外,通过产品结构合理布置优化,提高了材料利用率,有效地降低了产品的制造成本,提升了产品的竞争力。
