According to the adopted technical scheme, the synchronous oil cylinder comprises a cylinder body, wherein a first oil cavity and a second oil cavity which are the same in size are formed inside the cylinder body, a first piston is arranged inside the first oil cavity in a matched mode,a second piston is arranged inside the second oil cavity in a matched mode, and the first piston is fixedly connected with the second piston. When the synchronous oil cylinder is used, hydraulic oil drives the first piston and the second piston to act synchronously, it can be guaranteed that the oil amount of the hydraulic oil output from the first oil cavity and the oil amount of the hydraulic oil output from the second oil cavity are the same to guarantee synchronism of actions of two jacking hydraulic cylinders of a formwork; and meanwhile, extendable control over the jacking hydraulic cylinders of the formwork can be achieved only by controlling the flow direction of the hydraulic oil through a reversing valve, and therefore the synchronous oil cylinder has the characteristics of beingsimple in structure, high in synchronism, easy to control and high in reliability.
