The invention discloses an intelligent crane based on infrared measurement. The intelligent crane comprises two tracks and two mobile bases, wherein two columns are arranged on each track, pressure bearing blocks are arranged in a spaced manner on the side walls of the columns, a cross beam is arranged between the mobile bases, movable stands are arranged at two ends of the cross beam, two rotating arms are arranged in a spaced manner on the side edges, toward the columns, of the movable stands, rotating shafts are arranged at the centers of the rotating arms, are inserted into the movable stands and can support the movable stands, main motors are arranged in the movable stands, output shafts of the main motors are connected to the rotating shafts of the rotating arms to drive the rotatingarms to swing in a reciprocating manner, pressure bearing parts are arranged on two end parts of the rotating arms, and the pressure bearing parts press the pressure bearing blocks to move the movable stands up and down when the rotating arms swing in a reciprocating manner. The invention provides the intelligent crane capable of taking self-protecting measures to avoid accidental collapse accidents under a circumstance that an external air speed in severe weather is relatively high.

    本发明公开了一种基于红外线测量的智能起重机,包括设置于两根轨道和两个移动底座,每个移动底座上设置有两根立柱,立柱的侧壁上间隔设置有承压块,移动座之间设置有横梁,横梁的两端各设置有移动架台,移动架台朝向立柱的侧边间隔设置有两个转动臂,转动臂的中心处设置有回转轴且插入移动架台内并可支撑该移动架台,移动架台内设置有主电机,主电机的输出轴连接转动臂的回转轴从而能够驱使转动臂往复摆动,转动臂两端部设置有承压件,承压件在转动臂往复摆动的时候通过压在承压块上从而实现移动架台的上移和下移。本发明提供了在天气恶劣外界风速较大的情况下,能够采取自我保护措施,避免起重机发生意外倒塌事故。
