The hoisting frame gantry device comprises a hoisting frame, an adjusting mechanism, travelling mechanisms and a hoisting mechanism; the hoisting frame comprises vertical supporting legs, longitudinal bearing beams, transverse bearing beams and transverse connecting systems, the vertical supporting legs are arranged on the two sides of a pipe gallery mounting foundation pit, and the two ends of the transverse bearing beams are arranged exceeding the positions of the longitudinal bearing beams to form cantileverends; the hoisting mechanism is arranged at the bottom of one cantilever end of the transverse bearing beams, and the travelling mechanisms are arranged at the bottoms of the vertical supporting legs; the transverse connecting systems are arranged between two adjacent vertical supporting legs in the transverse position, the transverse connecting systems involves inclined struts and transverse struts, and each of the transverse struts and the inclined struts is formed by connecting two telescopic sleeves in a sleeved mode; and the adjusting mechanism comprises a hydraulic adjusting mechanism and a lead screw adjusting mechanism. The hoisting frame gantry device with the telescopic cantilever is simple in structure, high in safety coefficient, convenient to travel, wide in application rangeand suitable for pipe gallery construction with different section sizes, and project economic benefits are improved.
