The invention discloses an anti-collision tire fixing structure for a ship. The anti-collision tire fixing structure comprises a tire with a hole and a fixing rope. The tire with the hole is providedwith two rope penetrating holes, traction lugs are arranged at the two ends of the fixing rope, two rope knots are arranged in the middle section of the fixing rope, the traction lugs of the fixing rope penetrate out of the inner side of the tire with the hole and are clamped on the inner sides of the two rope penetrating holes through the rope knots, and the traction lugs are connected with fixing buckles on the shipboard side. The anti-collision tire is fixed through the fixing rope structure provided with the knots; due to the fact that the fixing rope is of a flexible structure, the tire cannot be torn from the rope penetrating hole when the anti-collision tire acts, so that the problem that the anti-collision tire is torn through a traditional iron chain fixing mode is solved; compared with a mode of weaving lute knots on site for fixing, the provided mode makes occupied ship berthing time short, and when the fixing ropes are broken due to abrasion, the anti-collision tires are still fixed and cannot fall into the sea to be damaged; and waste nylon ropes, braided ropes and the like can be easily recycled, and environmental protection is facilitated.

    本发明公开了一种船舶用防撞轮胎固定结构,包括带孔轮胎和固定绳,所述带孔轮胎设有两个穿绳孔,所述的固定绳两端设有牵引耳,固定绳的中段设有两个绳结,固定绳的牵引耳从带孔轮胎的内侧穿出,并通过绳结卡设于两个穿绳孔的内侧,所述的牵引耳与船舷侧的固定扣连接。采用设有绳结的固定绳结构对防撞轮胎进行固定,由于固定绳为柔性结构,在防撞轮胎发生作用是不会从穿绳孔撕裂轮胎,避免了传统的铁链固定方式对防撞轮胎产生的撕裂问题;相比现场编制琵琶结固定的方式,占用船舶靠岸时间少,固定绳因磨损而发生断裂时,防撞轮胎仍然被固定住不会坠海而损失防撞轮胎;可以轻易地将废弃的尼龙绳、编织绳等再利用,有利于环境保护。
