The bilge structure can be connected under of the body of the bottoming barge or a cargo ship in the prior art, so that the molded depth of the ship body can be increased, and the operable water depth is also greatly increased; the full-load draft of the barge is greatly improved on the premise that the no-load draft of the barge is not changed, so that the barge body can meet the operation requirements in areas with large tidal range or areas with deep water depth; and only the bottoming barge or cargo ship in the prior art needs to be transformed, the transformation cost is low, and the economical efficiency is high.
