The invention discloses a scooter with a locking device. The scooter comprises a front wheel, wherein a first mudguard is arranged above the front wheel; a spring is arranged above a first bracket; alifting cylinder is arranged above a headstock headset; a first stop block is arranged below a clamping block; a lifting rod is arranged on the right side of a second stop block; a triangular rotatingblock is arranged on the right side of a clamping groove; a limiting block is arranged on the left side of the upper portion of a control rod; and a locking bolt is arranged on the right side of theupper portion of the control rod. Compared with existing common scooters, the scooter with the locking device has the following advantages: a triangular rotating block is arranged, the perpendicular bisector of a fixing shaft coincides with the perpendicular bisector of the triangular rotating block, the three corners of the triangular rotating block are in interference fit with the clamping groove, and the triangular rotating block can rotate by 60 DEG to achieve clamping operation, so operation is easy, labor is saved, and the triangular rotating block is located in the lifting cylinder andis not prone to rusting.
