The invention relates to a battery replacement system for a battery replacement station. The system comprises two groups of battery shelves which are symmetrically distributed and are used for storingbatteries and charging the batteries, a stacking machine system which is positioned between the two groups of battery shelves and is used for taking and placing batteries on the battery shelves, a shuttle vehicle system which is located on the side edge of one end of the stacking machine system, and a vehicle positioning table which is positioned at the end part of the shuttle vehicle system. According to the invention, modular design is adopted, the construction is simple and rapid, and all the components can be assembled in a factory by adopting a standard structure and directly hoisted onsite; the manufacturing cost is low, the number of parts of each subsystem is greatly reduced, and the manufacturing cost and the later maintenance cost are low; while the construction cost is reduced, the storage capacity of the battery replacement station is improved to the maximum extent, the battery swap service is provided for more new energy vehicles, and the economic benefit of the batteryreplacement station is improved; the power battery of a new energy vehicle can be quickly replaced, the replacement efficiency of the power battery of the automobile is greatly improved, and the development of the battery replacement station is promoted.

    本发明涉及一种换电站用的电池更换系统,包括:电池货架,对称分布有两组,用于储存电池并对电池进行充电;堆垛机系统,位于两组电池货架之间,用于取放电池货架上的电池;穿梭车系统,位于堆垛机系统一端的侧边;车辆定位台,位于穿梭车系统的端部。本发明通过、采用模块化设计,施工简单快捷,全部采用标准结构可在工厂组装完成,到现场直接吊装;制造成本低,大幅简化个子系统零部件数量,低制造成本及后期维护保养成本;降低了建造成本的同时,最大限度的提升了换电站的存储容量,为更多的新能源车提供换地服务,提升换电站的经济效益;能够快速更换新能源汽车动力电池,大幅度提高了汽车动力电池的更换效率,对推进换电站的发展有积极作用。
